Overview

This training is designed to give the cashier a thorough overview of tasks and responsibilities of the parking cashier. Many demonstrations and practice simulations are provided to help the cashier become familiar with parking equipment. Transactions covered in this course include cash, credit card, personal check, ValueCard, lost ticket, and others.

Overview

This training is designed to give parking facility operators, managers, administrators, and others in-depth instruction on how to use the various standard reports available within the ScanNet Facility Management System. PowerPad financial and statistical reports are covered, as well as a number of useful database reports. Instruction is also provided for creating custom reports, automating the reporting process, and auditing financial data using the standard reports.
