   Types of Reports: Vehicle Access's Custom Crystal Reports (PDF)    
  • Card History by Account:

    •       Generate credential history over any date/time range from any device by Account Name.
       
  • Card History by DBA:

    •       Generate credential history over any date/time range from any device by DBA Group.
       
  • Credit Card Summary:

    •       List all credit card transactions with approval codes and transaction times over and date/ time range from any device.
       
  • Issued Ticket Report:

    •       List all tickets issued over any date/time range from any device and set a 'virtual midnight'.
       
  • Last Use Report:

    •       List all credentials that haven't been used in X amount of days. This report is useful in turning off cards that haven't been used recently and collecting deposits.
       
  • Virtual Statistics Reports:

    •       You can save time and money with Virtual Reports. All transaction information is stored in the database whether Statistics reports are pulled from the PowerPads™ or not. The Virtual Duration report also has a programmable grace time, allowing you to see the affect changing your grace time will have on revenue. No programming is required in the PowerPads™ and no events need to be programmed in the Event Control.
       
  • Free Reports:

    •       All of your facilities can now benefit from our suite of free reports. Normal Cashier and Lane reports vary in length between four and seven pages. Our reports condense them to one page saving you hundreds or even thousands of sheets of paper per year, not to mention the cost of printer cartridges. We also give away an entire suite of diagnostic reports for your ScanNet™ software which allow you to print valuable system information in the event of a database crash, as well as a Credential List report that can be sorted by many different fields. All free reports are yours to keep even if you don't purchase any other software.
       
  • ScanNet™ Tools:

    •       A suite of tools for Federal APD Distributors only, allowing you to perform a number of administrative functions such as changing computer names, resetting the Administrator password, protecting custom built reports from accidental deletion, clearing ticket stacks, deleting Access Control Logs and many more features.
       
  • DB Cleanser:

    •       Every 'phantom' device that appears in ScanNet™ leaves a trail of data that can eventually lead to database corruption. Our DB Cleanser meticulously scours the database and purges all records from these phantom devices leaving you with a database that looks and acts brand new.
