  Types of Reports: RNBest's Custom ScanNet Reports (PDF)
   Developed two unique packages to interface ScanNet with an Oracle database:
   
  • Data Warehouse Interface:

    •       1) Used to extract ticket and monthly access card information from ScanNet and load it into an Oracle database
          2) Allows further analysis of data transferred
       
  • Monthly Parker Interface:

    •       1) Allows data on parkers to be taken from the Oracle database for activating and deactivating individual card credentials, thereby allowing/or preventing access

       Note:
          Both interfaces use an ASCII or text file for taking information to and from ScanNet.

          2) Centralization of accounts receivable functions allows for nightly exporting from Oracle of "Paid Through" dates and importing into ScanNet
