  • Credential Tracking, Usage and Automated Dispatch System

  •       Credential History Access Duration Report (PDF)
          Designed specifically for tracking, billing and dispatch of commercial vehicles at airports. Flexible, so it can be adapted to any airport project.

  • Hotel Front Desk Interface
  •   ACE-HI Hotel Interface System
          Integration of ScanNet to a hotel front desk system. When a SafLock room key is created, the key can also be encoded to allow the same key to be used for parking. Uses mag-stripe cards.
       
  • Credit Card Interface

  •       Cost effective credit card interface to process batch credit card information from ScanNet.
       
  • DBA/Group Full Sign Control

  •       When a DBA/Group exceeds their group limit, program will turn on a full sign.
       
  • Web Customer Status Display

  •       Web integration to ScanNet to allow a customer to look-up their current balance and recent activity.
       
  • QuickBooks Pro Integration

  •       Ability to turn on and off credentials (standard and Central Access) via QBP. Posting of financial information to QBP.
       
  • Hotel Parking Registration

  •       Creates or Modifies Central Access credentials to allow parking by hotel guests.
       
  • Integration to Third Party Accounting

  •       Several projects involve an automated method of turning on and off standard or Central Access credentials from changes made in a third party database. Also, transfer of financial information from ScanNet.
       
  • Usage Billing

  •       Processing of credential transactions for creating usage billing invoices for customers.
       
  • Single Charge for Multiple Lot Use

  •       Process for calculating a single charge for usage of multiple lots for a given day. Integrated to ValuePass system.
       
  • Cash Receipts with Automatic Credential Creation and Validation

  •       Receipts for monthly parking and automated processing of payroll deductions to recharge ValuePass credentials.
       
  • Data Warehousing

  •       Financial data is extracted from the ScanNet database and prepared for processing by a third party accounting database.
